Jorvan Ramos Martinez, of Conshohocken, was flagged by the Montgomery County Detective Bureau after uploading 47 images of child pornography to a Dropbox account, Montgomery County District Attorney Kevin R. Steele said Monday.

The photos depicted infants and girls no older than eight years involved in sexual acts, Steele said.

Investigators tracked the IP address to a Verizon account registered to Martinez’s home address and carried out a warrant, which turned up a total of 662 additional images, Steele said.

“A review of files found they showed girls less than 12 years old involved in sexual acts,” said Steele. “In some photos, the children appeared to be drugged or restrained.”

Martinez was arrested and charged with 100 second- and third-degree felony counts of child pornography possession. His bail was set at $25,000 unsecured, and he is scheduled for a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Deborah Lukens Wednesday at 9 a.m.
